We don't profit from campaign #1. Our income comes from RevShare starting with campaign #2. That's exactly why the quality of the first funnel is in our own interest.
Yes. If we miss the KPIs written into the SOW (FTD volume, quality, deadlines) we refund up to 100% of the fix. Refund conditions are locked in clause 6 of the Agreement.
The first 4–6 weeks on a new brand are funnel tests, pixel training and shave disputes. On CPA without a fix we operate at a loss and you get low priority. Fix + RS from campaign #2 is better for both sides long-term.
For brands with a track record — yes, 50/50 on signing and at launch. For new partners — 100% prepayment to our Estonian account (SEPA, SWIFT, USDT, BTC).
The commission is charged on the media budget only and covers the media buyer's work, daily optimisation and reporting. From campaign #2 onwards, on RevShare, the commission is dropped.
